Returning Cosmetics, Part 2

As I follow up to my post yesterday about the hassles of returning cosmetics, I want to call attention to this article from the NY Times as well. This “unscientific survey” as they call it, put all the major cosmetics retailers to the test. The reporter actually went out and timed how long each return took. The easiest, hassle-free store – Sephora, of course, (no surprise there) and the store where the return took the longest and the most questions were asked – Henri Bendel.
