Day one brought makeup that was so well blended the models’ faces looked absolutely nude….
Other trends included:
- Dabbed silver, white pink or gold powder patches high pony tails catch the light
- “Plastic skin” (not dewy, not matte) achieved by using a tiny amount of natural lip gel and cheek highlight
- Blacked out/electric blue eyes with cut-off false lashes and packed on mascara to create a paper maché look
- Navy eyeliner
- Contoured pale cheeks
The common denominator on all the runways: very little color
