Just Add Exfoliants…

2393341.jpgWEI East’s Pomegranate Anti-Oxidant Exfoliating Grains falls into the category of, “why didn’t anyone think of this sooner?” The product is simple, easy, and the little packets should be able available at the check out line along with the chap stick, lighters, gum, tabloids, and all the other add-ons.

All WEI East products are rich in natural Chinese herbal ingredients. The herbal theme permeates through to even the packaging of the exfoliating grains; as The Beauty Bug slid open the box and opened one of the little packets, She was reminded of tea. To use the grains, first open a packet, and place it to the side. This first step is very important. The Beauty Bug left it out, and reached for Her cleanser first and was running for The BBBF (Beauty Bug Boyfriend) for him to open it as the cleanser began to seep through Her hands. The directions state to empty the entire packet into your cleanser, mixing with your finger, but The Beauty Bug thinks about half the packet will suffice. Then, scrub!

The grains smell great, are rich in antioxidants, and left The Beauty Bug’s face squeaky, soft and smooth. The best part? They allow for a completely customizable cleanser. The Beauty Bug knows She needs a bit more exfoliation during the winter months for that pesky dry skin around Her nose, but knows She will adjust her cleanser when the spring and summer comes.

The Pomegranate Anti-Oxidant Exfoliating Grains are $24 for 24 exfoliating packets.

This sounds fantastic! When I was in my teens I use to use this oatmeal facial scrub (I think they call it Grains) it was just pure oatmeal, and you would add it as well to your regular face cleanser, which I think is fantastic because I break out from a lot of stuff especially oil products and they always seem to pack oil in exfoliating facial scrubs, so I end up with a smooth face with pimples to follow. I have been reading great things about pomegranates and their great benefits to the body, so using it as a scrub would just make sense. Sign me up, where can we get this stuff.
