The Beauty Bug is sure you all recall the first and second BeauT tales. Yesterday morning, The Beauty Bug stared in amazement as this woman meticulously applied eyeliner, eyeshadow and finally mascara (the last photo), while the train made sudden stop after sudden stop.

This time wasn’t much different, except there wasn’t an old lady there warning her about the dangers of applying mascara on a moving train car. To a certain degree, The Beauty Bug has to agree with this wise elder – the T makes abrupt stops and dramatic swivels. But, The Beauty Bug’s concern for this woman only goes so far, because it’s truly amazing to watch her go through her entire makeup routine on a train car and watch (and take photos) while everyone around her also stares. Someone just needs to break it to her – the T is not a bathroom or a vanity table.

This time her products of choice included a light dusting of MAC bronzing powder, dark Revlon eyeshadow, L’Oreal’s Voluminous Mascara, clear Maybelline Brow Gel, and Neutrogena Lip Gloss.

A few things that The Beauty Bug continues to wonder…does she travel with Qtips in case of she has an accident or her hand slips? Or more importantly, does she travel with sanitizer in case one of her products drops on the icky T floor? How on earth does she apply all of her makeup using just a little tiny compact mirror? And lastly, how does she not notice The Beauty Bug snapping photos……!?!

A young brunette that was in her mid-late 20′s boarded the T with The Beauty Bug and immediately began applying her makeup. This has always fascinated The Beauty Bug because in Her wildest dreams, She could never imagine applying makeup on a moving train car without Her entire stash at her disposal, a full mirror, and proper lighting.

After the brunette started her routine, and elderly woman, probably 85 or 90, took the seat next to her after paying her fare in nickels and dimes. The elder hadn’t even been sitting for 25 seconds before she said to the young girl, “You better be careful there, you’ll poke your eye out!” The girl just nodded and smiled politely.

The Beauty Bug had to watch the comedy that was unfolding before Her eyes. She tried not to stare, but it was almost impossible. The elderly woman continued to instruct the brunette about makeup, and the brunette continued to apply her Neutrogena powder, her eyeshadow, her L’oreal Voluminous Mascara, her Maybelline Clear Mascara on her brows, and her lip gloss. In fact, it took her over 4 T stops to apply her mascara. She meant business with her mascara. During the mascara application process, the elderly woman grunted that that “goop” was terrible for her, and again warned her of the dangers of eye makeup.

At this point, The Beauty Bug pulled out Her cellphone to capture the pair and sneakily took photos.

Never at dull moment on the T.
